Dictator: Francois Duvalier Approach: We will be discussing the specifics of Duvalier's reign in terms of how he came to power and what methods he went about in maintaining power. For example, the use of religion and his relationship with other countries such as the United States, the Dominican Republic and Cuba.
Dictator: Francois Duvalier We are going to approach him in a different light. We will presenting on the positive and negative aspects of the regime of Francois Duvalier and the affects it has had on present day Haiti.
Josh and I will be presenting on Augusto Pinochet, and we will be discussing how it was prior to his dictatorship and how it changed during his reign, and ultimately the drastic measures in which they were accomplished.
Jill and I will be presenting on the BUSH ADMINISTRATION/President Bush and how he possessed characteristics of a dictator, and how democratic freedoms have been slowly stripped from us.
Rochelle and Karell we will be dicussing Stroessner and his dictatorship regime and the positive and negative effects which came out of his regime. We will also be discussing how people viewed him as a ruler.
